Overview

The Lead, Interactives, creates interactive content on a variety of clinical topics for healthcare professional audiences with a high degree of independence. This role ensures interactive content follows defined best practices, is based on the information needs of the intended audiences, is true to our brand’s missions and values, and builds on our leadership position in health and medical information worldwide.

In Short

• Write high-quality, engaging, and medically accurate interactive editorial content for medical professionals.
• Manage the editorial workflow of multiple projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and medical reviewers to optimize quality.
• Iterate on best practices based on audience engagement data.
• Coach and develop junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years writing medical or science content.
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment.
• Proven verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience using data analytics for planning.
• Excellent time management skills.
