• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives
• Coach Solutions Engineers on effective discovery and customer solutions
• Influence product direction based on customer feedback
• Manage high-performance teams in the Enterprise segment
• Define priority objectives for success
• Participate in customer meetings

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Solutions Engineering experience
• 3+ years of SE leadership experience
• Strong technical aptitude and prioritization management
• Proven pre-sales leadership
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Strong coaching and presentation skills
• Experience with AI technologies is a plus
• Excellent collaborative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and foster an inclusive environment
