At TrueLark, our infrastructure powers mission-critical business applications for customers across industries. As we continue to grow, we need a Scaling Engineer who can design and implement scalable, high-performance infrastructure solutions.

In Short

• Analyze current infrastructure and design solutions to handle increasing load with high availability.
• Optimize MySQL and Redis caching strategies for throughput and latency improvements.
• Enhance and optimize ActiveMQ for large-scale, distributed messaging.
• Tune Jetty Spark servers for concurrency and load balancing.
• Implement monitoring dashboards to detect slow queries and scaling issues.
• Ensure fault tolerance and disaster recovery strategies.
• Work with CI/CD tools for automated deployments.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in scaling infrastructure for distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with MySQL, Redis, ActiveMQ, and Jetty.
• Proficiency in monitoring & observability tools.
• Knowledge of distributed systems principles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Strong problem-solving skills in debugging performance bottlenecks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
