We are seeking a Infrastructure Platform Engineer to lead the design and evolution of our internal developer platform.

In Short

• Lead Developer Platform Strategy to maximize developer velocity.
• Own Self-Service Infrastructure through tools, APIs, and workflows.
• Scale EKS Platforms for secure, multi-tenant AWS EKS clusters.
• Codify Best Practices for security, scalability, and compliance.
• Build Developer Tooling for intuitive infrastructure consumption.
• Cross-Team Leadership to align platform capabilities with needs.
• Mentor & Uplevel the organization in infrastructure best practices.
• Measure & Iterate to continuously improve platform usability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering roles.
• Deep expertise in AWS, particularly EKS and IAM.
• Proven experience designing internal developer platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go.
• Understanding of infrastructure-as-code and GitOps workflows.
• Experience with platform frameworks like Backstage or Port.
• Strong systems thinking and architectural skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
