• Lead and inspire teams focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Oversee the development of end-to-end processes for client onboarding.
• Manage multiple teams, including the Gold Glove Team and Private Wealth Specialist team.
• Drive experimentation and innovation in client experience solutions.

• Design scalable processes tailored for High Net Worth clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in client experience or sales leadership roles.
• 7+ years in a leadership position with a proven track record of developing teams.
• Strong passion for client satisfaction and product excellence.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process mapping and improvement.
• Proactive and assertive in driving new initiatives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Understanding of technology and its applications in enhancing client experience.
