Wealthsimple is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to support AML Transformation, focusing on improving the AML Program through collaboration with product, engineering, and data science teams.

• Oversee AML enablement, infrastructure, and transformation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience implementing and managing programs.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to assess risk/reward relationships.
• Experience in high-pressure environments.
• 5+ years of experience in AML or compliance is a plus.
• Experience in cross-functional teams is advantageous.
• Knowledge of FINTRAC rules is beneficial.
• Fluency in French is a nice to have.
