• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, or automation tools is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset and experience in fast-paced environments desired.
• Technical background in CX or support operations is a nice-to-have.

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing, growth, or revenue operations.
• Deep curiosity and enthusiasm for AI in sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-first approach.
• Experience in consumer-facing roles is a strong plus.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies is a plus.
• Passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.
• Experience in agile environments preferred.
• Technical background in CX or support operations is a plus.
