  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
  • Able to bring structure to ambiguity and distill insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing and messaging tests.
  • Low-ego leader focused on team success.
  • Personal finance knowledge is a bonus.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
