In Short

  • Master our system, close deals, and optimize the process.
  • Build a team of high-performers who consistently crush KPIs.
  • Learn our scripts, CRM, and booking process.
  • Audit our current system and identify areas for improvement.
  • Hire and train 4–6 sales reps.
  • Lead 1:1 coaching, weekly huddles, and performance tracking.
  • Drive the department’s revenue and team performance.
  • Collaborate with execs to scale campaigns and comp plans.
  • Develop internal leaders and create strong bench strength.

  • Proven experience in sales management.
