Overview

The Business Resiliency Specialist plays a vital role in executing and maintaining a comprehensive business resiliency and business continuity program, ensuring effective risk mitigation and crisis management.

In Short

• Conduct enterprise-wide business impact assessments.
• Assist in the development of business recovery plans.
• Coordinate business resiliency testing and exercises.
• Provide training and maintenance for business continuity documentation.
• Engage in event response coordination and maintenance.

• Experience with business continuity automation tools.

• 2+ years of experience in business continuity activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience executing business continuity activities within a financial organization.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301 business continuity management systems.
• Preferred business continuity certification (CBCP, CBCI).
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to conduct effective communication and training.
• Experience coordinating event response activities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
