Marketing Area Manager - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Area Manager (MAM) is responsible for executing and growing the local presence of Watermill Express within their market and is known as the local marketing expert. This role serves as the on-the-ground marketing lead, driving awareness, trial, and usage through field marketing, community engagement, and local partnerships. This is not an “office” job; the Marketing Area Manager is constantly out ‘in the field’ making things happen.

In Short

• Execute local marketing plans and activations to drive awareness and usage of Watermill Express.
• Represent the brand through events and community engagement.
• Manage a team of Brand Ambassadors.
• Plan and execute local events and brand activations.
• Identify and engage with local organizations and businesses.
• Coordinate event logistics and manage marketing inventory.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
• Work approximately 28 hours per week.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Provide customer-focused service and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in field marketing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a customer-focused mindset.
• Clean motor vehicle record and valid driver license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
• Experience with event setup and management.
• Ability to operate a smartphone for tracking purposes.
