• Own and orchestrate multi-channel marketing campaigns for Arena.
• Engage current users and convert new users in the AI security space.
• Track and analyze metrics to optimize participant acquisition.
• Manage marketing partnerships and report on ROI.
• Create a unique consumer brand voice for Arena.
• Foster community engagement through platforms like Discord.
• Plan and execute in-person events to grow user base.
• Collaborate with the product team to set growth goals.
• Experiment with various marketing tools and platforms.
• Help make AI safe for everyone.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2C marketing campaigns.
• Experience in managing influencer and affiliate marketing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Curiosity and adaptivity in fast-paced online marketing.
