Inside Sales Representative (30 hours/week) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and communicative Inside Sales Representative to support our existing sales team in the laundry service and rental laundry service sector for 30 hours a week, 5 days a week. The position is aimed at a solution-oriented person with a high level of comprehension.

In Short

• Handle incoming inquiries: No cold calling, manage the incoming lead channel of warm leads.
• Public Tenders: Independently analyze public tenders.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify incoming leads.
• Contract Creation: Create need-based offers.
• Closing: Follow up and close offers.

Requirements

• Experience in Inside Sales.
• Experience in workwear, rental laundry, and laundry services is helpful but not necessary.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, or similar.
• Very good skills in Word and Excel.
