In this role, you'll help ensure every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. As HR Manager, you'll handle complex, sensitive issues with empathy and integrity, driving a work culture grounded in respect and teamwork that supports our accelerated growth. We are looking for someone with expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR best practices—and who has a strong understanding of leave management and accommodations within a dynamic, high-growth retail or customer-focused environment. This role requires occasional travel (up to 25%) to retail and off-site locations for employee relations support, training, and team events.
