Overview

An experienced Director of FP&A is needed to drive strategic financial planning and analysis in support of value-based care initiatives, leading financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 7+ years in FP&A, with 3+ years in value-based care or payor environments.
• Preferred: Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP).
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proven track record in financial performance optimization.
• Strong experience in developing and tracking KPIs in healthcare finance.
• Experience with financial modeling and investment decision support.
• Ability to provide strategic financial guidance to leadership.
• Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Understanding of VBC payment structures and healthcare trends.
