In Short

• Oversee the administration of patient care and provider services.
• Implement and oversee an integrated clinical practice delivery model.
• Supervise physicians/NPs and collaborate with clinical managers.
• Provide and manage direct health care for a specified patient population.
• Maintain patient statistics and comprehensive patient records.
• Develop tracking and evaluation programs for established goals.
• Create education and team-building opportunities for providers.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws.
• Participate in peer review and quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with external organizations for practice growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Valid California professional license to practice medicine.
• Current American Board of Specialties (ABMS) eligibility.
• Possession of a valid DEA certificate.
• Previous management experience of people and teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
