Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at VusionGroup, you will be responsible for managing services around IoT & SaaS solutions, ensuring quality service and meeting contractual commitments.

  • Define and implement SLA/SLR content.
  • Lead client steering committees.
  • Manage events impacting services.
  • Develop continuous improvement plans.
  • Propose service evolutions and improvements.
  • Participate in contract setup and renewal.

Requirements

  • Proven significant experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and build trust-based relationships.
  • Native Swedish and fluent in English.
