Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at VusionGroup, you will be responsible for managing services around IoT & SaaS solutions, ensuring quality service and meeting contractual commitments.

In Short

  • Monitor service commitments and ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for quality service delivery.
  • Manage service contract budgets effectively.
  • Define and implement service level agreements.
  • Lead client steering committees to discuss performance improvements.
  • Manage events impacting service contracts throughout their lifecycle.
  • Develop continuous improvement plans for services.
  • Propose proactive service evolutions and present to clients.
  • Participate in contract setup and renewal processes.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and build trust-based relationships.
  • Native Spanish and fluent in English required.
