Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Engineering team is a central pillar of our growth strategy, and we are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer focused on GPU / AI&ML. The Senior Solutions Engineer will play a significant role in growing the business via technical pre and post-sales engagements and will be responsible for accelerating and growing engagements with a focus on GPU infrastructure.

In Short

• Focus on capturing GPU based Generative AI / ML / Analytics revenue.
• Meeting potential and current customers to most effectively communicate what and how Vultr can address their needs.
• Engage collaboratively with customers to understand their business problems.
• Educate customers on the value that Vultr provides.
• Participate in deep architectural discussions and design exercises.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management.
• Partner with Marketing to create reference architectures and demonstrations.
• As a Subject Matter Expert participate in coaching and mentoring the Sales team.
• Travel 20%.

Requirements

• Highly motivated/self-starter with a sense of ownership.
• Skilled at influencing and guiding stakeholders.
• Ability to articulate technical and business concepts.
• Demonstrated willingness to solve complex problems.
• Expertise in the GPU ecosystem and AI & ML frameworks.
• 6+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience.
• 4+ years of Solution Engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience deploying GPU-based AI, ML & Analytics solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of AI Models, Libraries, and Runtimes.
• System level understanding of server hardware architecture and Linux OS.
