Corporate IT Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Corporate IT Administrator will support integrations to our growing enterprise, managing various IT systems and ensuring a seamless experience for internal customers.

• Support Corporate IT infrastructure and office networking.
• Manage Active Directory, Okta, Palo Alto VPN, and more.
• Provision users for onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist remote employees with IT equipment setup.

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Firewalls/Networking (Palo Alto).
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, and Windows Server.
• Experience with MDM solutions like Ivanti Neurons.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Okta.
• Experience with Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira).
• Knowledge of security and patching tools.
• Willingness to learn Bash and Powershell scripting.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
