Overview

The Sales Technology Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Sales systems and serving as the primary contact for system-related issues and enhancements.

In Short

  • Perform system administration for Sales systems.
  • Act as the main liaison and system expert for Sales supported systems.
  • Identify and resolve complex system or process errors.
  • Provide education and assistance to improve user productivity.
  • Authorize and maintain system security for users.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in Sales or Client Services.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of Sales or Client Services experience.
  • 2+ years of systems or process analysis experience.
  • High level of computer proficiency.
  • Ability to understand relational and mainframe database systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully in tough situations.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
