Overview

The resource will be responsible in developing customization, automation, and user experience enhancements, while also collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure smooth system operations. The resource is responsible for the end-to-end implementation and administration of Salesforce, including user management, security, and integrations.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce administration and development
• Knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, and Salesforce architecture
• Ability to manage user access and system security
• Experience with automation tools like Process Builder and Flow
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical leadership
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders effectively
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs
• Ability to document processes and changes
• Understanding of Salesforce best practices and governance
