Senior SAP Technology Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP Technology Specialist to lead and manage the technical architecture, administration, and optimization of SAP environments, with a strong focus on Public Cloud platforms.

In Short

• Act as the primary technical contact for multiple customer system landscapes.
• Lead the planning, architecture, and solutioning of SAP technical migrations.
• Advise customers on optimal execution of SAP migrations and operations.
• Oversee implementation and operational support of SAP Business Suite products.
• Deliver Basis support for S/4 HANA, C/4, BW/4 HANA conversions.
• Provide high-level DBA and SAP Basis support for HANA DB.
• Lead implementation and support of SAP Fiori and S/4 HANA solutions.
• Manage OS/DB/Platform/Cloud migrations.
• Provide expertise in SAP Business Suite and NetWeaver stack administration.
• Mentor and guide colleagues in delivering L3 SAP Basis support.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in SAP Managed Services and cloud migrations.
• Proven track record in SAP Basis administration.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.
• Strong customer management skills.
• Basic understanding of SAP Cloud Platform tools.
• Experience in managing customer communications for SAP Managed Services.
• Ability to ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Experience in preparing customer-specific technical procedures and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
