• The candidate will join the Applications Product Marketing team.
• Responsible for developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) plans.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end marketing plans and campaigns.
• Understanding of CCaaS and UCaaS markets.
• Experience in producing engaging customer-facing marketing collateral.
• Conduct comparative analysis of competitor solutions.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Analyze key industry and technology trends.
• Manage 3rd party contractors for competitive analysis.
• Develop content and presentations for various stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years in business strategy, product marketing, or similar roles.
• Experience in Contact Center, Unified Communications, Telecom, AI, and SaaS.
• Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Strong analysis skills and ability to present findings.
• Fluent in English with high-quality content production skills.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Professional approach with ability to interact with Senior Management.
• An inquisitive learner who embraces new challenges.
• Experience managing outside research vendors is desired.
