Overview

The Registration Analyst plays a vital role in supporting our business operations by overseeing a range of registration processes. This position is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance and enabling customer access to our suite of registration services.

• Manage Registration Verifications: Oversee the end-to-end process of brand and use case registrations.
• Customer Onboarding and Compliance Checks: Process customer submissions for registrations.
• Carrier and Supplier Coordination: Communicate directly with carrier partners.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in operations or support roles.
• Basic understanding of Telephony.
• Excellent English written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in GSuite or MSOffice equivalents.
• Ability to follow documentation meticulously.
