Vibration Analyst - Remote

Overview

This is a great opportunity to join our international vibration analytics department as a Vibration Analyst. You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting the general health of rotating equipment for our customers while working remotely.

In Short

• Review and report on the general health of rotating equipment.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to predict and prevent machine failure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to create solutions.
• Create action items and preventive measures for customers.
• Work towards VCAT 3 certification if not already obtained.
• Shadow and learn alongside a team of Vibration Analysts.
• Comply with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• VCAT 2 certification or higher.
• Bachelors or Associates degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of vibration analysis experience preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of mechanical systems and rotating equipment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
• High motivation with a strong work ethic.
