Vibration Analyst - Remote

Overview

This is a great opportunity to help grow our vibration analytics department while working remotely. You will analyze and report on the health of rotating equipment to support customer experiences with our products and services.

In Short

• Review and report on the general health of rotating equipment
• Provide excellent customer service through communication
• Use vibration analysis to identify root causes of machine faults
• Improve equipment reliability and uptime
• Develop strong customer relationships
• Complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
• Assume management duties when necessary
• Shadow and learn from experienced Vibration Analysts
• Infrequent travel to customer facilities as needed
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• VCAT II or VCAT III certification
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of vibration analysis experience preferred
• Deep understanding of mechanical systems and rotating equipment
• Customer-first focus and ability to work with all corporate levels
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Must comply with OSHA and safety regulations
• Ability to travel and work at job sites as needed
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
