Full Stack Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our Video Client Engineering team to explore new ways to further enhance and showcase the Vonage Video Platform, our WebRTC-compliant Communications PaaS.

In Short

• Hands-on full stack software development.
• Implement sample code, user guides, and full-blown reference applications.
• Contribute to maintaining and evolving software stacks.
• Work closely with product managers to define product requirements.
• Create web applications using frameworks like React, Vue, Angular.
• Write automated unit and integration tests.
• Own projects end-to-end from ideation to deployment.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of cross-browser development challenges.
• Fluency in HTML5, JavaScript, Typescript, CSS.
• Experience with modern JS frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.
• Expertise in building backend services using Node.js, Java, or Go.
• Good understanding of API design.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Enjoys communication and eager to learn new technologies.
• Strong track record for best test coverage.
