Overview

Our client is looking to hire a CSR to support its growth and operational goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering results within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

In Short

  • Monitor incoming emails from customers with bookings for the next day.
  • Proactively reach out to customers after their tour for feedback.
  • Manage bookings from Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
  • Handle incomplete booking tasks by contacting customers.
  • Address payment failures by providing assistance.
  • Manage customer inquiries through chats, phone calls, and emails.
  • Respond to customer service inquiries related to tours and packages.
  • Update existing customer bookings in internal systems.
  • Add/up-sell more services to bookings whenever applicable.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
