The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will handle incoming calls from policyholders, insurance agents, and auto glass shops, providing assistance with claims and service needs.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to operate a computer and telephone systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
