New Markets Manager - Remote

Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious New Markets Manager based in Mexico to join our team. The New Markets Manager will oversee the efficient vendor management, shipment, and delivery of supplies for Visit.org’s social impact events worldwide. The right candidate will have an eye for detail, an entrepreneurial spirit, an extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.

In Short

• This is a remote contract role (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) Mexico-based.
• The work schedule is 7am to 3pm (CST).
• You’ll join a movement from the ground floor with purpose-driven people.
• Combine passion, purpose, and a paycheck.
• Oversee operations for your region related to social impact events.
• Identify and manage relationships with wholesalers.
• Manage inventory tracking and material deliveries for events.
• Implement regional and global processes for efficiency.
• Prepare cost estimates and maintain supplier database.
• Support additional business operations as needed.

• Ability to create and document clear SOPs.
