Overview

The Practice Coordinator plays a vital role within Visante’s Project Management Office (PMO), supporting both client-facing consulting projects and internal initiatives. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless project execution through effective management of administrative tasks, maintenance of project tracking systems, and coordination of team activities.

In Short

  • Manage project setup and data entry across project management platforms.
  • Maintain organized stakeholder rosters and documentation.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel logistics for senior leaders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and distribute notes.
  • Serve as a liaison between project managers and consultants.
  • Support internal communications and documentation efforts.
  • Identify ways to enhance coordination workflows.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in project coordination or operations support.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in consulting or healthcare environments.
  • Experience with project management practices or tools.
  • Experience with cloud-based collaboration platforms.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and sound judgment.
