Business Analyst - Specialty Pharmacy Services - Remote

Overview

Visante is looking to add a Medication Specialist to our Specialty Pharmacy Services line. This individual will be responsible for providing medication access and affordability services to Visante clients and their patients.

In Short

• Supports and contributes to external business analytics projects.
• Provides data-driven insights for operational improvements.
• Uses statistical methods and analytical methodologies.
• Develops tools including dashboards, infographics, and reports.
• Analyzes internal and external data using KPIs and industry sources.
• Collaborates with users and stakeholders to understand business objectives.
• Supports project-based research and analytics.
• Prepares project plans and makes recommendations.
• Contributes to the development of proposals for clients.
• Participates in project team meetings and collaborates with team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• 4 years of relative experience in lieu of degree.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel required.
• Healthcare data experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Adaptable in fast-paced environments.
