The Head of Client Success focuses on customer retention, revenue growth, and relationship growth to ensure the success of their clients’ portfolio with Visana.

In Short

  • Drive strategic growth and development within new and existing lines of business.
  • Lead strategy for revenue growth across clients.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to increase account revenue.
  • Construct and deliver on a strategic account-level business plan.
  • Drive account satisfaction and client retention.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Lead development of best practices across the Client Success team.
  • Partner with sales team to generate interest from consultant channels.
  • Strategically present Visana programs to drive new opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor the team responsible for client success.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years experience in managing large health plan accounts.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus.
  • 5-8+ years experience in sales of population health management services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue and client satisfaction goals.
  • Ownership of P&L for a book of business.
  • Solid understanding of financial implications of Account Management strategies.
  • Effective in navigating the organization.
  • Ability to communicate with clinical and product teams.
  • Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships at all levels.
  • Experience in securing resources and talent.
