Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or data engineering.
• Experience in high-growth environments, preferably in digital health.
• Strong understanding of healthcare metrics.
• Experience with value-based care models.
• Hands-on expertise with tools in the data stack.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
