Overview

As a Technical Writer on the Customer and Developer Experience team at Pismo, you will collaborate with experts to produce documentation that helps developers utilize the Pismo platform effectively.

In Short

• Write clear and concise documentation for external developers.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers for accurate technical content.
• Edit and verify existing developer guides.
• Work with the design team to enhance user experience content.
• Participate in establishing style guidelines and processes.
• Manage and improve the external developer portal.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, computer science, or related field.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and OpenAPI standards.
• Familiarity with JSON and Postman.
• Effective communication with remote teams.
• Proficiency with authoring, CMS, and task management tools like Readme, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of technical writing standards and style guides.
