Overview

The Director, People Systems Workday Talent Acquisition drives our People Systems strategy, collaborating with the People Function and Systems partners to improve digital tools for our people.

In Short

• Lead the People organization in digital innovation.

• Manage multiple consulting and vendor relationships.
• Drive system enhancements and process redesign.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• 8+ years of Workday experience, especially in recruiting.
• Certified in Workday Recruiting.
• Deep expertise in digitalizing People data and processes.
• Ability to translate HR business requirements into system enhancements.
• Strong influence management skills.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in People technology implementation.
• Flexibility to move between operational and strategic roles.
