Overview

The Director, People Systems Workday Talent Acquisition drives our People Systems strategy and collaborates with the People Function and Systems partners to continually improve digital tools for our people.

• Drive and collaborate on People Systems strategy.
• Lead systems aspects of Talent Acquisition programs.
• Partner with COE’s and Leadership for business needs.
• Identify and integrate innovative trends in People Systems.
• Provide thought leadership in People Systems landscape.
• Facilitate collaboration to cultivate a culture of innovation.
• Support People function with creative solutions.
• Drive adoption of best practices in People processes.
• Recommend systems improvements with HR and IT.
• Align with corporate strategies through strong leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Workday experience.
• Certified in Workday Recruiting.
• Expertise in digitalizing People data and processes.
• Experience in People technology implementation.
• Knowledge of HR principles and processes.
• Ability to translate HR requirements into system enhancements.
• Strong project leadership and influence management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
