Overview

The Technical Support Engineer will serve as a subject-matter expert, providing high-quality support to customers while analyzing and resolving technical issues related to the platform.

In Short

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on the platform, APIs, and standard integration patterns
  • Reproduce customer issues and deliver high-quality bug reports
  • Analyze log files and stack traces to isolate root causes
  • Coordinate cross-functional fixes and track incident progress
  • Author customer-facing and internal knowledge base articles
  • Automate diagnostics with Bash/Python scripts
  • Provide structured product feedback to improve performance
  • Operate effectively in a 24x5 shift environment

Requirements

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with API integrations
  • Proficiency in analyzing logs and traces
  • Knowledge of Bash and Python scripting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Experience in writing knowledge base articles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
