Overview

The Senior Technical Support Engineer will support end-users, manage VIP support, and oversee IT infrastructure while ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

In Short

  • Support end-users and manage escalations.
  • Manage VIP support and ensure procedures are followed.
  • Oversee network and IT infrastructure.
  • Implement ISO 27002 controls and manage ISO 27001 ISMS.
  • Mentor IT consultants in the Internal IT team.
  • Plan and manage IT projects.
  • Report on service metrics.
  • Manage VM Server via MS Hyper-V & Failover Clustering.
  • Handle DELL Storage SAN & VRTX DELL Hardware Support.
  • Ensure network devices and servers are patched.

Requirements

  • Strong planning, organizing, and monitoring abilities.
  • Able to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Service Desk Management skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong customer focus.
  • Robust communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • CCNA and relevant Security certification advantageous.
