A Senior Recruiter / Talent Partner responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery, focusing on headhunting and building world-class remote teams across various sectors.

• Proactive headhunting and sourcing across sales, marketing, accounting/finance, tech, and professional services roles.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, shortlisting, offers, and placement.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition.
• Proven placements across sales, marketing, finance, and/or technology roles.
• Strong understanding of commercial and growth-driven roles (BD, marketing, revenue, technical support functions).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms.
• Clear, professional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• A true A-team player who takes ownership and pride in outcomes.
