Overview

VirtueStaff is seeking a proactive and highly organized professional to provide critical administrative and customer support within the Home Services & Trades industry for our client. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing the full communication lifecycle from answering initial phone inquiries to setting appointments and following up via email. You will also play a key role in operational efficiency by managing CRM data, ordering job materials, and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline our internal workflows.

In Short

  • Handle high-volume phone calls and manage all professional email correspondence with clients and vendors
  • Efficiently set and manage appointments to ensure a smooth service schedule
  • Maintain and update client information and project status within the CRM system
  • Responsible for the procurement and ordering of necessary job materials to ensure field teams are prepared
  • Create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
