Litigation Paralegal - Remote

VirtueStaff is seeking an articulate and self-confident Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience for our client. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who can work independently in a remote setting while managing complex litigation tasks.

In Short

• Perform general case management, including maintaining case calendars, tracking deadlines, and organizing case files
• Draft various litigation documents such as correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and subpoenas
• Execute electronic filing of documents with both state and federal Arizona courts
• Assist with trial readiness by preparing exhibit lists, witness lists, and trial binders
• Maintain professional communication with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
• Coordinate document production and review processes
• Actively schedule, calendar/docket, and monitor all relevant case deadlines
• Contribute to team success by assisting with additional tasks and projects as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in litigation
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
• Proficient in legal research and writing
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with electronic filing systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
