Overview

VirtueStaff is seeking a diligent and organized Legal Intake Specialist to manage the front-end client journey and provide essential case support for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all incoming inquiries, converting leads into consultations, and maintaining high-quality electronic files within Clio. You will act as a vital link between clients and our legal staff, ensuring that case statuses are communicated clearly and that attorney notes from court are meticulously recorded and translated into actionable tasks.

• Manage incoming calls and create new intake files in Clio.
• Perform outbound sales calls to inquiries to schedule attorney consultations.
• Update Clio files with detailed notes from every client interaction.
• Save documents to electronic files and enter attorney notes from OneNote into Clio.
• Conduct routine status update calls and remind clients of upcoming court dates.
• Manage automated reminder texts via Clio.
• Delegate calls and requests to Paralegals or Attorneys via email.
