Overview

As a Legal Intake Specialist at Finch, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to build trust and ensure a smooth sign-up process.

In Short

Answer inbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
Qualify cases and confirm eligibility using defined criteria.
Guide clients through the sign-up process and secure retainers.
Hand off cases to attorneys and lead paralegals with complete and accurate information.
Maintain responsiveness to build trust with partners.

Requirements

5+ years in client-facing intake or sales roles, ideally in legal services.
Excellent communication skills to build trust quickly.
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
