Litigation Paralegal - Remote

In Short

• Serve as the primary liaison between Finch, attorneys, and clients.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout litigation.
• Draft and support key litigation documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
• Manage case progression through all phases of litigation, ensuring deadlines and court requirements are met.
• Provide detailed case status reports and updates to attorneys and firms.
• Work cross-functionally with case managers, intake specialists, and demand reviewers to coordinate case progress.
• Identify and resolve delays, gaps, or risks before they impact case outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of paralegal experience, with extensive personal injury litigation experience.
• Hands-on experience drafting complaints, motions, and managing discovery.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication.
• Ability to build trust quickly with attorneys and clients alike.
• Understanding of the importance of both client experience and litigation timelines.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments where precision matters.
