As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for a new face to complement our Client Success International team. As an Onboarding Consultant DACH & International in our Customer Onboarding International team, you will be the first point of contact for our local clients/customers and manage their success! Will you join us in our quest to create a healthier and happier world?

In Short

• Make sure new customers get value from their software package quickly.
• Provide tailored advice to ensure customers become Virtuagym fans.
• Manage onboarding for your own portfolio of clients.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through service and follow-up.
• Recognize important customer issues to contribute to retention.
• Host 1:1 consulting sessions.
• Proactively reach out to ensure customer goals are met.
• Work in a remote-friendly environment with a focus on growth.
• Engage with a passionate team dedicated to delivering results.
• Have fun while building friendships through team events.

Requirements

• Prior experience managing client communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German (Native) and English.
• Ability to connect with people easily.
• Comfortable working with autonomy and responsibility.
• Problem solver with great empathic skills.
• Fast learner and tech-savvy.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
