As an Onboarding Consultant DACH & International at Virtuagym, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure their success while working remotely from Germany.

Requirements

• Experience in customer communication, such as in call centers or hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to build relationships easily.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely.
• Problem-solving skills with empathy.
• Quick learner with a tech-savvy attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and good time management.
