Senior IS Applications Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior IS Applications Analyst serves as the primary liaison for Information Services to ensure that the needs of key business areas are met effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of complex business needs, application software, and customer workflows, along with providing operational support and managing vendor relations.

• Serve as primary IS liaison to key business areas.

• Provide 24x7 on-call operational support.
• Manage external IS vendor relations.
• Lead medium/critical business projects.
• Develop system training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of system data flows.
• Ensure high availability and performance of business applications.
• Participate in application upgrade activities.
• Act as a mentor for team members.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Information Services or related fields.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Expertise in multiple healthcare applications.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• B.A./B.S. in Information Systems or related field required.
• Business Analyst Certifications are a plus.
• Applicable Epic Certification(s) must be achieved within 6 months of hire.
