Overview

The Applications Support Senior Analyst is responsible for providing technical and functional support for business-critical applications, ensuring smooth system operations and minimizing business disruptions.

• Provide Level 2/3 support for business applications.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
• Write SQL queries/scripts for data analysis.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in Application Support.
• Proficient in SQL and debugging.
• Experience with Autosys and job orchestration.
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies.
• Experience in Unix shell scripting.
• Familiarity with issue tracking tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Effective communication skills.
• Understanding of financial domains is a plus.
• Ability to organize workload efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
